Ron McCulloch is the principal Consultant Podiatric Surgeon and Director of The London Podiatry Centre. During his many years as a specialist Podiatric Surgeon, he has performed thousands of successful foot operations. He holds Master's degrees in ultrasound and cryosurgery for Morton's neuroma and has specialised in the condition for over 25 years'. He has successfully treated 1000's of patients with Morton's neuroma.

Ron McCulloch has held specialist NHS posts at Guys and St Thomas' and Lewisham Hospitals. He was a Consultant Podiatric Surgeon at London's Homerton University Hospital for over 10 years , the official hospital of the 2012 London Olympics. He worked as a Consultant Podiatrist at the Olympic Village during the 2012 Olympics and has extensive experience in sports medicine. He continues to provide podiatric care for several premiership football teams and has consulted for Arsenal FC for over 25 years'. He has consulted for Nike, at their headquarters in Oregon. He has mentored and trained many podiatric surgeons who have been promoted to senior positions in some of London's most prestigious hospitals.

He continues to lecture both on the national and international circuit and helped to develop podiatry in the Middle East, particularly in relation to the surgical management of the diabetic foot. He is a senior lecturer in ultrasound studies at Bournemouth University Centre for Ultrasound Studies.

The essential relationship between conditions of the foot and abnormalities in gait (walking and running) has led him to build a state of the art gait laboratory at The London Podiatry Centre. This is one of the most advanced, dedicated podiatric gait analysis facilities in the world today and allows for the accurate diagnosis of many types of injury.

Most recently Mr McCulloch has been a professional expert and advisor for the National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) in relation to the management of Morton’s neuroma. NICE is the key organisation that guides both NHS and private medicine and has acquired a high reputation internationally as a role model for the development of clinical guidelines. Mr McCulloch has acted as an expert both in relation to ablative radiofrequency, and most recently in June 2022, he was an expert in providing guidance on the use of cryosurgery for the management of Morton’s neuroma.

Senior Podiatrist specialising in Sports Medicine

Nutan has over 20 years' experience as a Podiatrist. Nutan is a specialist in podiatric sports injuries, biomechanics and diabetic foot care and she is the podiatrist to the England senior football team, Arsenal FC and Crystal Palace FC.

Nutan has worked for the UK's leading medical institutions including London's Guy's and St. Thomas' hospital and for several years at Northwick Park Hospital. Nutan also ran specialist surgeries in Brent North Primary Care group and Harrow PCT.

Nutan has lectured extensively both at undergraduate and postgraduate level having taught on the Podiatry modules for the Sports Science degree at the University of London. She was invited to Nike's headquarters in Oregon (with Mr McCulloch) where she participated in brain storming sessions on biomechanics, football injuries and football boot design.

Nutan supports the service off-site by assisting in the compilation of gait analysis reports.

Mr Payne holds a BSc in Podiatric Medicine, a Post Graduate Certificate in Podiatric Sports Medicine from the Queen Mary University of London, and a master's degree in the Theory of Podiatric Surgery.

Mr Payne specialises in diagnosing and treating complex musculoskeletal injuries and clinical gait analysis. Rob is also accredited to perform steroid injections, skin surgery procedures, such as excisional biopsies and advanced nail surgery procedures.

Mr Pablo Ferrer graduated from the highly regarded university of Barcelona in 2001. He has 20 years of experience both in the private sector and NHS. He has postgraduate studies in podiatric medicine (PG Certificate in Podiatric Theory at Brighton University) and Musculoskeletal Diagnostic Ultrasound for Podiatrists (foot and ankle) at the Centre of Ultrasound studies (Bournemouth University).

In his role in the NHS, he held an extended scope practitioner post at the Homerton University Hospital where he worked treating complex biomechanical cases.

Over the years Mr Ferrer has gained a great deal of expertise and specialised in podiatric sports injuries, biomechanics and clinical gait analysis. He has always had great interest in the diabetic foot (treatment and prevention of foot complications).

He has treated professional athletes from differing sporting professions which include tennis players, golfers, track athletes and professional premier league football players. He provides regular podiatry care to several premiership football teams including Crystal Palace FC.

Pablo is fully trained and experienced with the use of foot and ankle ultrasound scan.

Josephine has over 16 years of postgraduate clinical experience.

She has completed an MSc in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy and is a member of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.

Josephine has worked in public healthcare settings and private practice. Her work includes a variety of roles within professional sports including Munster Rugby, GB Ice Skating and Fulham FC. She attended the World University Games as Physiotherapist for the Irish Team and recently assisted in the preparation for the Coxless Crew; the first four women crew to row the Pacific Ocean. She has been also been involved with research into violinists with shoulder pain and held clinical spinal specialist roles.

Her career to date has spanned the UK, Ireland and New Zealand; this broad range of experience has provided her with expert knowledge to provide efficient and effective management of patients in the private practice setting.

Josephine has a special interest in musculoskeletal biomechanics, post operative rehabilitation and lower limb pain. She currently runs the physiotherapy clinic for the London Podiatry Centre in charge of rehabilitation following specialist gait analysis and surgery.
